Garden Gourmet supported by Northern Ireland Seafood as part of the NI Regional Food Programme

The Garden Gourmet demonstrations showed visitors how to use the local produce available to buy in the Country Food Market to produce healthy, nutritious and delicious meals. Our celebrity chef, Derek Patterson tempted visitors with delicious Garden Show Ireland recipes. 

Over the three day Festival Derek lured visitors into his world of food, demonstrated the importance of fine ingredients and showed visitors how to use them in a creative marriage with coastal seafood and local farm produce.
